If you are unsure which shoe size to purchase,please follow the following steps:
1. Draw a straight line,longer than your foot,on a piece of paper.
2. Place the paper on a flat surface,Stand on the line with your heel and longest toe centered on the line.
3. plsace a mark on the line at the tip of the longest toe and at the back of the heel.
4. Repeat steps1-3 for the other foot.
5. Measure the distance between the marks.Taking the larger of the two measurements.use the conversion charts below to find your correct shoe size.
The sheepskin boots should be a very tight fit from the beginning.as the sheepskin will stretch with wear.

We can only send out the size you select at the point of purchase - it is your responsibility to make sure that the size you have selected is appropriate for you. We are happy to exchange your size if the size you require is in stock, but unless we have sent you something other than what you originally ordered, you will be responsible for postage costs incurred during exchanges according to our terms and conditions.

Please note that all UGG Australia boots are produced in standard US whole sizes and are converted into standard UK sizes in accordance with the UK UGG Australia distributor (i.e. The label on the inside of the boot may show as a UK half size but these are always rounded down on our site).
